Request a return within 60 calendar days after delivery. New, lightly used, and defective items are eligible. This store window does not reduce any applicable legal rights, including EU withdrawal rights and remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods.

Email [email protected] with your order number, item name, and reason for returning it. We will send the return address and instructions. Please wait for those details before mailing glass back.
Who pays return postage
You pay return postage for a change-of-mind return. We pay it if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Your statutory rights remain in place.
Exchanges
Email us to request an exchange and get the return address. We send a replacement after the returned item arrives.
Cancel before dispatch
Email us to request cancellation before your order ships. We cannot change it after dispatch; you can follow the return process after delivery.
